Hi Benjamin! I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed reading your post. I felt that your bugs were definitely very relateable especially the one where you talk about businesses not having an online presence, this bugs me as well because you want to know more about it before you actually go to the restaurant. With that being said the only thing I would change for your post would be format (putting the answer below the why). Other than that, you did a great job overall!
ReplyDeleteHi Benjamin, I enjoyed reading your post. A lot of the bugs you mentioned are such that many people can relate to it. The bug where you mentioned about decreasing service and food quality with increase in popularity reminded me of one such restaurant that I used to like. I think that a slight change in formatting of the text can help making the post livelier. Overall, it is a really good bug list consisting of careful observations.
ReplyDeleteHi Benjamin! I really enjoyed reading your bug list. You had a lot of bugs that I agree with but never remember since they aren't major problems in my life that continuously affect me. I enjoyed reading your bugs about different businesses and way people manage customer service and overall experience. Identifying these types of problems can help make our world a better place for everyone. This assignment opened my eyes to noticing more things in my everyday life that could be improved or changed.
